Yoga practice relates to sustainability as it is a way through which we can sustain a balanced state of mind amidst turmoil and the ups and downs life inevitably brings. Anita Linskil is a Yoga teacher, whose practice focuses on yoga therapy, engaging with people with varying experiences and proficiencies in yoga. Her practice is routed in the philosophy of Yoga which is then integrated into the physical practice giving more of the mind spirit connection instead of just the body.
