Singer, producer and sound engineer Owen Shiers has toured in the US, Europe, Africa, and the Middle-East and played at festivals such as WOMAD, Glastonbury and Shambala. During this period he has worked alongside artists including Peter Gabriel, Toumani Diabate, Seckou Keita, Sam Lee and Spiro.

His compositions have been used by the BBC and in the US on Emmy winning show ‘Portlandia’ and CNN, as well as a host of other forms of broadcast media worldwide including National Geographic and TV3. In 2013 I was involved in Catrin Finch and Seckou Keita’s multi-award winning album ‘Clychau Dibon’ as an engineer and researcher, and was nominated for a Music Producer’s Guild award for my work on this album.
